Before setting out to visit please call ahead to verify that regular hours still apply

• Take RT I-95 South to RT 322 West for approx. 7.5 miles.
• Make a LEFT onto US RT 1.
• Take RT 1 South approx. 20 minutes, and get off at RT 41 AVONDALE exit.
• Make a LEFT onto RT 41 South.
• Drive approx. 1.5 miles through the teeming metropolis of Avondale. And Don’t Speed, you city folk in your fast cars.
• Cross the railroad tracks.
• Va La is approx. 1/4 mile South of the town of Avondale.
• Look for a white fence and sign on your RIGHT.





• Take RT 48 North out of the city(!) until it merges into RT 41 in Hockessin.
• Travel approx. 7 miles on RT 41.
• Go 1/4 mile past the intersection of RT 41 and Penn Green Rd. (Walgreens Pharmacy)
• Look for the white fence on your LEFT.





• Take RT 30 East to the Gap area.
• Make a RIGHT onto RT 41 South.
• Take RT 41 South for approx. 19 miles RIGHT through the town of Avondale.
• Go across railroad tracks, and continue out of town.
• Va La is 1/4 mile south of town of Avondale.
• Look for white fence on your RIGHT.





• Take RT 1 into Pennsylvania.
• Exit at RT 41 AVONDALE ramp.
• Turn RIGHT onto RT 41 South.
• Drive approx. 1.5 miles through the town of Avondale.
• Take in the splendor.
• Go across the railroad tracks, and continue out of town.
• Va La is 1/4 mile south of town of Avondale.
• Look for white fence on your RIGHT.
