![]() “First thing I’d do, would be to tear down this old barn” — our vineyard consultant Before setting out to visit please call ahead to verify that regular hours still apply in cases of inclement weather, holidays, or massive zombie attacks. To our friends: The supplies of several of the wines have recently become quite limited, necessitating that only the Galleria tasting flight ($20), as well as tastings by the glass or by the bottle, are being offered at this time. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you, and thank you greatly for your understanding. Our production is devoted to the wines that are grown on this hill. It does not however, produce many bottles; the total annual production ranges from 0 to 750 cases each vintage. The wine is bottled once a year in the spring. All wines are made from actual grapes, are generally 100% certified dolphin-free products, and are outrageously priced from $25 to $45 per bottle. When supplies allow, we offer a small tasting flight of current releases. This is served either in the hay loft upstairs, or as a seated tasting downstairs in the old stable for the exorbitant price of $20 (US). Or if you prefer, the wines are also offered by the glass and by the bottle. Due to our small size we regretfully cannot accommodate buses, limousines, or groups over six persons during our regular hours. If you are interested in booking our vast facilities for a private event, or for root canals, life-counseling, etc., please click here. The Enoteca is on an actively working farm, and includes a tasting room where adults are served alcohol. As this is an adult environment, any children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, or they may be sent home with five pound bags of sugar and a drum kit. In welcoming you to our home, please note that we advocate the safe and responsible consumption of wine, we do not serve minors, and we reserve the right to not serve visibly intoxicated persons. Our family thanks your family. We cannot lie. Wine Enthusiast Magazine recently included Va La in its list of favorite U.S. wine-tasting rooms, and we understand why”. — Bonnie S.
