Our Menu

See the below sampling of our food and non-alcoholic drink menu, all of which have been specifically chosen from local businesses to pair best with our wines. 

Please note that this is just a sampling of our menu, and all items are subject to change based on availability. 

Local artisan farm cheeses

The cheeses that we pair with our wines are from local farms whose herds share the same regional terroir as the wines grown on this hill. Several are made in the traditional raw milk style.  Each are generally ~ 1/2 lb portions; availability is subject to season. 

Fresh Goat Chevre with Honey  by Shellbark Hollow Farm, Honey Brook   ~ $15

A creamy and tangy soft chevre, produced from Nubian goats, & marinated with a local honey.

SEVEN SISTERS  by The Farm at Doe Run   ~ $15

A national award-winning raw cow's milk cheese, mildly sharp, cave-aged gouda style, with creamy, pure flavors ~ 6.5 oz

Barn Cat "Blue"   by Bandit Cheeses of South Philly  ~ $18

A cave-aged, ash-ripened, and strikingly marbled, wedge-cut cheese (vegan - may contain nuts)

Pennsylvania Noble   by Green Valley Dairy of Kirkwood   ~ $15

A raw cow's milk cheese from an organically raised herd. Two styles available depending on availability: A cave-aged, clothbound cheddar

St. Malachi   by The Farm at Doe Run   ~ $15

A rich, aged Alpine cow cheese with butter, nut, and toffee notes ~ 6.5 oz

Lanchego   by De-Glae Farm of Wakefield    ~ $18

Aged, raw sheep's milk cheese, old world-style, with savory flavors of caramel and nuts, and at times, a lovely crystalized texture

Please be aware that because of our modest size, we can accommodate groups of:

  • 4 persons maximum for indoor seating

  • 6 persons maximum for outdoor seating

including all non-drinkers, children, and imaginary friends;splitting of tables is not permitted under any circumstances please.

We please ask that you take note that:

  • We advocate the responsible consumption of wine, we do not serve minors or visibly intoxicated persons.

  • We are a very small family farm, and regrettably unable to accommodate buses, limousines, ocean liners, or groups over 4 persons indoors, or over 6 persons outdoors, under any circumstances please.

  • An active, working farm facility where adults are served alcohol should not be considered an environment conducive to children or pets. Non-Service dogs are permitted, outdoors only, as long as they are leashed and maintain a 10 foot distance from all other guests. (The same applies to children. 😀)
